Ever wonder how the heck your supposed to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces OF WATER ( Your body weight / 2 = total number of recommended ounces of water to drink daily)

Heres a beauty tip 😉
Add an 8 ounce cup of water to your daily routine with ease.
First thing in the morning your body is dehydrated & hungry! (AKA the term break-fast)
SO, raise your hand if your are a coffee or tea person!!!
-Simply pour yourself a cold glass of water with your coffee & breakfast. Drink your water FIRST, then your coffee 😉 You will be more likely to finish your glass with a treat waiting behind you! BAM 8 ounces down before your day even starts! Trust me, your body will thank you!
